Richard Rippon has been writing since 2007, when his short story, "Full Tilt", was long-listed for a Criminal Shorts award.
In 2009, he won a New Writing North Award for his first novel, The Kebab King. Since then he's had a number of short stories published in newspapers, magazines and articles. In 2012, he was commissioned to write a short story ("The Other One"), which appears in the Platform anthology. He lives on the North East coast with his wife and two children. He works as a social media manager in Newcastle upon Tyne, and in 2016 was one of the masterminds behind the Twitter sensation #DrummondPuddleWatch. |

Dave Olner likes to travel, relishing the opportunity to alienate people from different cultures. He currently lives in Humberside where he works as a reach truck driver by night and sleeps during the day. Like a vampire, except without the bloodletting, immortality or superhuman strength. "The Baggage Carousel" is his first novel and will be released in early spring 2018.

Russ Litten is the author of the novels "Scream If You Want To Go Faster", "Swear Down" and "Kingdom". He has also written for film, TV and radio and is one half of the electronic story-telling outfit Cobby & Litten ("My People Come From the Sea", "Boothferry"). Russ lives and works in Kingston Upon Hull.

Ben Vendetta is the author of the novels Wivenhoe Park (2013), Heartworm (2015), and the forthcoming Sunset Trip. He has an extensive background in the music industry as a writer, magazine publisher, and PR Director, and is the co-founder of independent label Elephant Stone Records. Vendetta lives and works in Cleveland, Ohio.

Paul Tudor Owen was born in Manchester in 1978 and was educated at the University of Sheffield, the University of Pittsburgh, and the London School of Economics.
He began his career as a local newspaper reporter in north-west London, and currently works at The Guardian, where he spent three years as deputy head of US news at the paper's New York office. |
